The Strategy Fellows at TIMETOACT GROUP are much more than an internal network of experts. What began as a platform for networking and sharing experiences has now become a strategic forum where new services are created across the boundaries of individual brands. The more than 20 Fellows meet monthly to analyze current market developments and competitive activities, identify customer needs, and derive concrete solutions. 

The Fellows are organized into six thematic domains—from business innovation to spend management—and bring together different perspectives and expertise. In the individual domains, experts with different professional backgrounds work specifically on concrete issues. Together, they drive topics forward and develop tailor-made, strategic services. The regular exchange on an equal footing is interdisciplinary, cross-brand, and clearly focused on added value for customers. 

The insights and ideas flow directly into the TIMETOACT GROUP's customer projects. In these projects, the fellows act as project managers, catalysts, or strategic consultants. This allows our customers to benefit from current market insights, proven methods, and cross-domain expertise.
