TIMETOACT GROUP, a leading provider of IT services for enterprise companies, Fortune 1000, and public sector clients, is acquiring identic group, a specialized consultancy and service provider in the field of identity & access management (IAM). With this acquisition, TIMETOACT GROUP is expanding its IAM consulting portfolio under the IPG brand, thereby strengthening IPG's position in the Swiss market. Managing Director Daniel Fasnacht will remain active in the company and take on a leading role within IPG. The parties have agreed to keep the details of the transaction confidential.

The managing director of identic group, Daniel Fasnacht, will continue to play an active role in the company and will take on a leading role at IPG following the planned merger of identic group and IPG in early 2026. The decision-making process was swift, with mutual synergies and growth opportunities quickly identified. The acquisition of identic group marks TIMETOACT GROUP’s third successful acquisition since the investment of funds advised by H.I.G. Capital in July 2025 and marks another important growth step for the group.
