The licensing of One Identity is modular and usage-based. Companies only purchase the components that are relevant to their respective IAM strategy. As a rule, the One Identity Manager and OneLogin are licensed as a subscription based on the number of identities/users. A few selected connectors must be licensed additionally. Active Roles is based on the number of objects and Safeguard gives you the choice between the number of privileged users or the number of managed assets.

IPG also offers the on-prem version and the cloud version as a managed service. This means that all incidents, problems, service requests or changes are carried out by the local partner IPG and no direct communication with the manufacturer is necessary.
