With the help of a specially developed user-specific app, CLOUDPILOTS ensured that information from incoming emails was read, compared with existing contacts, and automatically added to the ticket.

The processing procedure has been significantly optimized. Thanks to the automatic updating of contact details, manual adjustment of tickets on the customer side is no longer necessary.
