With the support of Cloudpilots, ATU used Freshservice to optimize internal processes. The customized solution led to increased usage and improved workflows.

The challenge

The auto parts dealer and repair shop chain ATU uses Freshservice to map internal processes. However, due to low awareness within the company, the existing Freshservice portal was only used to a limited extent by employees. 

The solution

CLOUDPILOTS has created a user-specific solution for this: Google Analytics is used to generate an analysis of which terms employees search for within the portal. These results are provided in the form of a report and used to optimize the provision of content within the portal. 

The results

The insights gained from reporting are now being used to continuously expand and improve the current knowledge base. At the same time, better keyword indexing is making articles easier to find. This added value has led to a significant increase in the use of Freshservice.
